Schools served by Cliffs Residents Outreach are located in rural, isolated areas of Greenville, Pickens and Oconee Counties in South Carolina. Many families are living in generational poverty due to lack of economic opportunities, lack of adequate transportation, low education levels and chronic illness.

As the statistics for each school demonstrate (see school pages), CRO is serving students and their families who are living in extreme poverty. What we hope to accomplish is to provide for their basic needs for food, shelter, utilities, and access to medical and dental care.
